David Pierre
Chief Executive Officer
David brings over 18 years of experience leading healthcare technology organizations. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Signify Health, where he scaled the company to an IPO and eventual sale to CVS Health in 2023. Prior to this role, David was Chief Operating Officer of Advance Health, where he drove operating scale until the company’s successful sale and merger, which formed Signify Health. David also held various positions at Cerner Corporation, leading several of Cerner’s business units, including Hospital Operations and Pediatrics. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
David holds a BA in Psychology from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

TG Ganeshan
Chief Financial Officer
TG brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience, including operational, strategic, M&A, capital markets, and investor relations responsibilities at leading healthcare IT companies, startups, and Fortune 500 companies. He previously served as CFO of Innovaccer, RxSense, Optum’s Payer Markets (a multi-billion-dollar business within OptumInsight), as well as Optum’s Payment Integrity businesses. TG was also SVP of Finance at Equian (acquired by Optum). Before entering healthcare, he held financial leadership roles at companies such as Hilton Worldwide, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, and Anheuser-Busch Companies.
TG holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, a Master’s degree in Engineering from Auburn University, and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Brian Gambs
Chief Technology Officer
Brian brings more than 20 years of experience driving innovation, scaling platforms, and building high-performing technology teams. Most recently, Brian served as Chief Technology Officer at R1. Prior to R1, Brian served as CTO at Bright Health, Vice President of Engineering at athenahealth, and co-founded two start-ups, including Patient IO, a healthcare technology company acquired by athenahealth in 2016. Throughout his career, Brian has played a pivotal role in expanding technical capabilities, optimizing product development lifecycles, and building future-ready platforms that drive efficiency and impact.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from University of Michigan.

Prasanna Ganesan
Chief Product Officer
Prasanna brings more than 20 years of experience as a technology company founder, scaling successful teams to major market acquisitions. In 2005, he co-founded VUDU which was acquired by Walmart in 2010. In 2016, he founded Machinify, building its data mining capabilities until merging with Apixio’s payment integrity business, VARIS, and The Rawlings Group. He holds over 30 patents and received the 2013 Home Entertainment Visionary award as well as the President of India Gold Medal for his academic accomplishments.
Prasanna earned a PhD in Computer Science from Standford University and a B. Tech in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Asha Patel
Chief of Staff
A growth-oriented, business operations leader, Asha oversees Machinify’s corporate and strategic initiatives, including merger and acquisition integrations. Prior to Machinify, she was the Senior Director of Venture Building within Strategy Realized at EY-Parthenon where she advised life science, private equity, and healthcare clients. She also served as the Senior Director of Business Planning and Growth Operations at R1 and held strategy and operations roles within Deloitte Consulting’s healthcare practice.
Asha holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Texas and a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University.

Ryan Little
President, Right Payer Solutions
Ryan brings broad experience across both healthcare and client advisory services, spanning a variety of leadership roles, including operations, finance, and M&A. Ryan held several leadership roles at The Rawlings Group, including Executive Vice President and CEO. He also served as Senior Vice President at the Presbyterian Foundation Group and Managing Director in Stern Stewart & Company’s New York and Tokyo offices as a corporate finance consultant across M&A, corporate governance, and financing strategies. Ryan began his career in investment banking with Alex, Brown, & Sons.
Ryan graduated from the University of Virginia and earned an MBA from the University of Louisville.

Tom Magnotta
President, Complex Payment Solutions
Tom is a results-oriented, versatile, and hands-on executive whose nearly 25-year career has been shaped by his drive to lead transformative change, growth, and innovation within the health tech space. He has a proven track record growing businesses, expanding enterprise value, and navigating companies through PE, M&A, and IPO activities. He served as CEO and President of Apixio, CEO of ClaimLogic, and COO of DataLink Software. Tom’s earlier positions with HMS, WellCare Health Plans, Cotiviti, Health Net, and several providers offered him insight into various points of care. His unique perspective is valuable as he leads efforts to solve challenges within the healthcare technology space.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Springfield College and an MPA in Health Policy and Financial Management from New York University.

Tiffany Lewis
Chief People Officer
Tiffany Lewis brings more than 20 years of people leadership experience in high-performing data and analytics organizations. Tiffany leads our people strategy, including culture, inclusion and diversity, talent management performance development, and all aspects of the human resources function. Previously, Tiffany served as the Chief People Officer at Cloudmed and Covaris, where she oversaw the integration of people and process through multiple integrations and periods of significant growth and change. She also held senior HR roles in the healthcare business at Elsevier and LexisNexis, a leading provider of legal, regulatory, and business information and analytics.
Tiffany graduated from the University of California with a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology.

Joe Alberta
Chief Growth Officer
Joe is a results-oriented executive with 20-plus years of executive sales and leadership experience driving customer value, revenue growth, and a winning sales culture across several healthcare technology and data solution organizations. He previously served as the Chief Growth Officer at Verisys, a leader in provider data management, where he developed and executed direct and indirect strategies, ensuring the company’s growth and innovation in the marketplace. Joe held various sales leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Payment Integrity Sales at Optum, following its acquisitions of Equian and OmniClaim DRG, as well as at Verscend (formerly Verisk Health), now part of Cotiviti.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of the Holy Cross.

Emma Nasif
General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer
Emma brings 15 years of legal and compliance experience within complex industries, including healthcare, technology, telecommunications, and hospitality. With a collaborative approach to the role legal and compliance plays within an organization, Emma’s focus is on cross-functional partnerships, scalable and flexible solutions, and proactive compliance activities. Previously, Emma served as the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer for Restore Hyper Wellness. Earlier in her career, Emma served as in-house counsel for VMware, Vail Resorts, and Vodafone, where she specialized in labor and employment, privacy, litigation, and compliance.
Emma holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University and a JD from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.

Brian Moore
EVP, Finance
Brian brings nearly 20 years of experience leading finance teams inside high-growth companies and advising larger organizations. Brian served as CFO of Apixio, ClaimLogiq, and CertaSite and held senior executive leadership positions at Equian and Deloitte. Throughout his career, Brian has been involved in numerous acquisitions, led exponential growth in revenue/EBITDA, scaled finance/accounting and back-office operations, and managed various finance and acquisition-focused teams.
Brian attended Indiana University, where he earned both his BS in Accounting and MBA in Accounting and Finance at the Kelley School of Business.
